Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert haircuts, shaves, and grooming services with consistency and excellence.
- Guide and mentor junior barbers, sharing skills and techniques.
- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend suitable looks.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming workstation.
- Uphold Bruno’s high standards of customer service and grooming excellence.
- Support shop management in daily operations when needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of professional barbering experience.
- Proficiency in classic and modern haircutting techniques.
- Skilled in traditional razor shaves, fades, and beard grooming.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented, with a passion for mentoring and elevating others.
- Licensed or certified barber (where applicable).
